There will be five wacky stops on the course, all optional for racers to participate in. The activities range from pancake stops to bubbles and so much more! What is this race all about? Well, it all started back in 2023 with a wacky idea to plan the most exciting 5K that has ever taken place at Purdue (and possibly on the planet.) In fact, it was such a wild, wacky 5k that it could only take place every 200 years. However, due to popular demand from students, professors and community members, the wackiness must continue!
Introducing the THIRD Ever Wacky Dacky Rubber Ducky 5k Fun Run Race.
Last year, we had over 600 runners and raised over 8000 meals to fight food insecurity in the greater Lafayette community. This year we are expanding our race to raise even more money, and create what will be the most memorable race(ish) of your lifetime.

We are donating 100% of the $10 registration fee you pay! The nonprofit works to feed people in communities across America. 45% of children in Tippecanoe county, IN are food insecure and the Lafayette chapter of Generosity Feeds seeks to change this! Each year University Lutheran hosts a food packing event to make this possible. The money collected from this race will help sponsor University Lutheran's food packing event next year.
